Job Description 

We are seeking support staff to join our team!  Support Staff will provide support to clients, therapists, and day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check in clients and run payments for clients being seen

  • Answer phones and follow up on all tasks associated with the phone call.

  • Schedule new clients.

  • Assist with scheduling and rescheduling of existing clients.

  • Assist the Administrative Director as needed

  • Assist the CEO as needed.

  • Assist clinical staff as needed.

  • Assist in daily/routine management and cleanliness of the office. 

  • Complete necessary documentation.

  • Complete minor billing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • One year experience in healthcare setting preferred

  • One year experience in customer service, client services required

  • Experience with HIPAA, EMR, and insurance is helpful; will be taught

  • Experience utilizing Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Teamwork skills.
